This wonderful little clip taken from Skins: Pure Part II glistens with Boss talent, including Boss HQ itself. The Mill

Thunderstorms and lightening could not shift our excitement for the start of The Mill on Channel 4. The drama starts on Sunday 28th July and it's going to be a good'un!  

Our lovely ladies spent almost every day for two months living the life of the Mill girls. Skins is back...

The final Series of Skins is starting tonight on E4, exciting stuff. As always, it is filled with our wonderful supporting artistes…Also starring Boss-Stud Nick Roberts as the Lawyer and the gorgeous Jamie-Lee Williams playing the role of ‘Lilibette’.  Big well done from the Boss team as we strike gold, again!

Spike Island...

After what seems like a lifetime, the wait is over…Hoorah! Spike Island is released today and the Boss gang are heading down to the nearest screen to see all our wonderful extras in what looks like the film of the year. We might even see a couple of the Boss Bookers rocking out in Afflecks Palace, so keep your eyes peeled…

Peter Kay's 'Car Share'...

Boss are proud to present soon-to-be TV sensations Danny Swarsbrick and Vasant Mistry on Peter Kay’s ‘Car Share’. Danny has been given the credited role of ‘Young Ted’ a supermarket assistant with a twist but very much a gorgeous, muscular and charming young man (a bit like himself). Co-worker ‘Old Ted’ is being played by Vasant, a loveable, friendly man full of character.

I know all will be dying to see these guys in action but we will have to wait with filming still going on…So watch this space!

Time Warp

The streets of the North West have been transformed into 70’s Ireland over the past few months for film ’71…featuring a handful of carefully selected background artists and handsome Model-come-Army Recruit Will Kearnes who has had his work cut out over nearly 20 filming days on a boot camp.  We are VERY excited for the film’s release after seeing this article, look out for our artists!

The Last Party Want YOU

Our good friends The Last Party are looking for an abundance of young talent to feature in the music video for their forthcoming single ‘A Thousand Smiles’…

‘Over two hundred extras are now needed to recreate the band’s set at the city’s Christmas lights switch on last year, which saw The Last Party perform alongside The Wanted and Micha B.

Guitar and vocalist Liam Manton, said: “There is so much young creative talent in this city and we know more than anybody how hard it can be to catch a break – we’ve been lucky, and this is one of the reasons why we want to use every possible opportunity we can to support fellow artists, performers and music lovers – we’ve been doing it since day one. There’s about 200 places up for grabs and what an opportunity this is for us and any ne who gets involved – we don’t really need to say much more than that, the concept for the video is dynamite, so put on your dancing shoes and lets be having yer!” '

Channel 4 Racing

First aired on our screens last night, this is one TVC that we’ve been looking forward to seeing and if you’ve not seen it yet, you must watch. Amongst the crowds there are forty fantastic Boss Casting artists and we have spotted some familiar featured faces; look out for Sacha Neerso and Natasha Duffey, both hard to miss. Let the races begin…

Lucy's last day

After 2.5 years, Boss Casting booker Lucy Moores has decided to head back into education. After working with us nut cases in here at Boss HQ, Lucy is leaving us to study Mental Health Nursing and we wish her all the very best of luck. Lucy has been a complete trooper and will be very much missed but we know she'll be making a sterling difference in her new, exciting and rewarding chapter. So long our Lovely Lucy and keep in touch...we'll probably all need you ourselves soon at this rate!

Foxy Bingo...

Mike Walker, Ruth Goulding, NickyAlladice, Mik Hobson, Chris Bright, Lol Peters, Claire Harris, Emalin Matthews and Mandy Edwards joined the Foxy Bingo Prize Bus, along with other Boss artists on their recent commercial. It looks so much fun and we might be jumping on at the nearest stop too!
